Maredith Management, LLC was established on March 1, 2001 with a commitment to professional management services. From the beginning, Maredith emphasized the importance of education, training and certification of all management staff. This commitment was rewarded by the Community Association Institute when in 2003 Maredith was designated as an Accredited Association Management Company or AAMC. In order to achieve this designation Maredith must meet the highest ethical, professional and fiscal standards in the industry. One of only 100 firms nationally, this designation sets Maredith apart from all other management firms in Southern Maryland.

The value of any company, however, does not reside in designations and certifications; it resides in the capabilities and spirit of its employees. Maredith operates using a “team concept” and empowers employees to achieve their goals though a self-directed, cooperative approach. Through weekly staff meetings, team building and constant emphasis on improving our way of doing things, our staff are engaged in every aspect of company operations and therefore, prepared to serve our clients.

Maredith is committed to using technology fully to deliver the most efficient and economical work product. In 2004, Maredith received the Leading Edge Award and was named the Charles County Technology Company of the Year. This commitment to technology meshes well with our emphasis on protecting the environment through reducing paper use through recycling and our paper-less work environment.
