Please Note: We are not in an office building. Our office is located in a small white house with green shutters and a white picket fence in front. There is a small Maredith Management sign located in front of the building that is visible from the street. Drive slowly so you do not miss us!
Our entrance is located at the rear of the building just off of the parking lot. Please follow the stairs up to the back door to our lobby.
Regular Hours of Operation:
Monday-Wednesday 7:30am-6:00PM
Thursday 7:30am-7:00pm
We have an after hours drop box conveniently located at our back door should you need to drop something off outside of our regular business hours. Please let us know if you are unable to come to our office during our regular business hours and we will be happy to make arrangements in order to best assist you. Please contact us for assistance.
Maredith Management Pick Up and Drop Box Policy
Our business hours are Monday-Wednesday 7:30am-6:00pm and Thursdays 7:30am-7:00pm. If you are unable to make it to our office during our operating hours please contact a Customer Service Associate at 301.843.8111 to make arrangements for pick up and/or drop off options via our afterhours pick-up/drop-off boxes, located at the rear of our building.
Nothing makes us happier than when we can accommodate our clients and we know sometimes that is after business hours! Please keep in mind that Maredith Management cannot be held responsible for any mail left outside of the office after business hours. Feel free to contact us when we re-open to confirm we received your mail.
