Q. What should I do if I received a late notice?
A. As noted on your late notice, we can not accept any telephone
inquiries. However please contact us with your dispute via fax to

(subject: Late Notice). Please allow a minimum of 2 business days for
a response.

Q. I have received a letter from an attorney, what do I do?
A. Maredith Management, LLC, AAMC, is prohibited by Federal Law from
discussing the matter with homeowners once the attorney has been
involved. Please contact the attorney who sent you the letter with any
questions. The attorney will contact us if they require clarification
or additional information.

Q. Where should I send my Association Dues and to whom
should I make the check payable?
A. Please MAIL all checks to the address listed on your payment
coupon.
Please make your checks payable to your Association, NOT
Maredith Management.
