To find out when your assesment fees are due, please visit our clients page, click on your association and you will see when the payment is due by. Please keep in mind that the assesments fees are due in full on the due date given.

If you are unable to pay your assessment on time please call Maredith Management as soon as possible to set up a payment plan. Ask to speak with an Accounting Representative for a Confessed Judgment Notice (CJN).

You can obtain a resale pckage by visiting Visit www.condocerts.com. If you are selling your home, Maryland law requires the Seller to provide a resale package to the Purchaser, before, on, or within 20 days of entering into a sales contract. If you live in a townhome community, your property belongs to 2 homeowners associations, the townhomes association and the master association, and you must provide the Purchaser a legal Resale Package for both the townhome association and the master association. Please ensure that you obtain a Resale Package for each association accordingly. You may be able to pay your assesment fees online. If your association banks with Community Association Banc - you may enter www.cabanc.com and make payment by credit card, using Discover, American Express, Mastercard, or by E-Check, for your annual assessment. You will need the information listed on your payment coupon to complete the transaction. If you reside in Kingsview Homeowners Association, you may enter www.smartstreet.com to access RBC Bank/division of Smartstreet and make payment by credit card, using Discover, American Express, Mastercard, or by E-Check, for your annual assessment. You will need your homeowners association account number to make this payment.
