HOA Document Request Form

In accordance with Maryland State Law and with your Association's governing documents members shall have the right to view the records of the Association.

In accordance with State Law and Association policy there may be administrative and office and postage fees associated with document review and delivery.

Please complete the Form to the right in order to schedule a time for document review or delivery.

Please allow a minimum of two (2) weeks to process this request.

I certify that my request to review the books and records of the Association is for a proper purpose related to my membership in the Association, and that this request is not for commercial purposes or my personal financial gain.

I acknowledge and accept the Association’s Records Access and Inspection Procedures as follows:

a. I accept that one (1) hour will be allotted for inspection. I accept that in the event additional time is required, an hourly fee may be charged and payment may be required in advance.

b. I accept that the books and records of the Association will be made available to me during normal business hours, by appointment only.

c. I agree to pay 20 cents per page for any costs associated with reviewing the books and records of the Association, including but not limited to the actual and reasonable costs of labor and photocopying material. I further acknowledge that these costs may be required of me prior to reviewing the books and records.
