Assesment Fees

To find out when your assesment fees are due, please visit our clients page, click on your association and you will see when the payment is due by. Please keep in mind that the assesments fees are due in full on the due date given.

If you are unable to pay your assessment on time please call Maredith Management as soon as possible to set up a payment plan. Ask to speak with an Accounting Representative for a Confessed Judgment Notice (CJN).

Resale Packages

You can obtain a resale pckage by visiting www.condocerts.com. If you are selling your home, Maryland law requires the Seller to provide a resale package to the Purchaser, before, on, or within 20 days of entering into a sales contract. If you live in a townhome community, your property belongs to 2 homeowners associations, the townhomes association and the master association, and you must provide the Purchaser a legal Resale Package for both the townhome association and the master association. Please ensure that you obtain a Resale Package for each association accordingly. If you experience any difficulty in ordering your Resale Package online with CondoCerts, utilize the support provided by CondoCerts.

Paying Online

Residents may pay assessments by Credit Card or E-Check via Mutual of Omaha Bank. Select the Association Banking tab to get to the payment page, which provides complete instructions on how to make a payment using a credit card or by E-Check. Payments can be made by MasterCard, Discover and American Express. Applicable service fees for credit card payments are posted on the payment page.

Option 2

Payment coupons and envelopes have been provided for your use when paying assessments by check or money order. The coupons also include account and payment information needed to pay online.
