Meetings are always the first Tuesday of the month at 5:30 pm at Maredith Management.

Costs are as follows:
1. Residential applications : $35 / every meeting, unless the Board requests additional appearances

2. Use approval : $50

3. Sign approval application: $150

4. Commercial site plan application: $600 base fee plus $4.00 a square foot
